Meat loaf in a bread pan or not? Which is better?
I grew up eating meatloaf cooked in a dish of lasagna with style loaf of bread sitting right in the middle (no crispy edges), but I heard it's better when cooked in a Loaf Pan so it is like a loaf of bread (with the edges crunchy). Any other non-meat loaf crusty edge eat out there? Are we seprerate but equal? Should we have different schools?
try mini meat loaf … many edges crisp and just the perfect size for single meals .. freeze for later.
