If you want to do mini cakes in loaf pans, using a cake mix that gives temps and times for large pans?
How should I set for accommodate? .. I thought baking all three (or four) at the same time it should not amount to the same temperatures and times as a bigger cake? .. Or should I turn baking temperature and longer?
His bread pans will be about the same depth (thickness) as a layer cake of traditional bread, so temperature and time should not change much between a layer of bread and a loaf pan. In addition, the kitchen plus a tray at a time will not change global temperature and cooking time, the oven and adjust and maintain the same temperature, no matter how many tanks we have on the grill. I keep the same time and temperature, and just start control of the mini-cakes about 10 minutes before the final hour … just as you would any other cake. Good luck!
