How I can save my sweet 16? 10 points to help?

Well my budget is very low, so need help in saving money! Good my budget is about $ 3,500 to spend on My Sweet 16: (Okay so my room is Ganna be around $ 1,700 (im and that because the savings in rent for the room were a cheaper way Friday) and my dress I'll try to keep running $ 250 – $ 300 invitations (I know where they make fabulous dresses for sweet 16 at a price low) and then it will cost around $ 200 (I've looked everywhere and this is the minimum) so I need a cake, food, dj, a Mustang Convertible car hire (for me its grand entrance instead of a limousine) and to save money I was thinking of having a place all matted as 7 or 8 then putting them in the stands so it looks like one of those cakes ladder! Idk. . . I just need help! Thanks in advance!

The look of clothing at consignment stores and u can wear urself. U can probably do around 100. Or search for sales. Can u design ur own invitations at www.vistaprint.com I am sure that much cheaper $ 200. The cake and food, do u have access to a wholesale club? Bjs, Costco, Sams Club. They make delicious cakes and much less expensive than grocery stores. Call around urban area. I do not know if ur cooking food. Maybe someone from the church is ur banquet kitchen. Mgr maybe ask ur school kitchen cooking a feast or know someone. Car Rental ur asking parents to call around. Hertz, business, national, economic ,….. enjoy urself I hope this helps.
