Make a Boston cream pie in a springform pan?
I want to make a Boston Cream Pie, but the recipe actually requires a round cake pan 9 inches that is at least 2 inches deep. I have a 9-inch, but not deep enough. So I was thinking … I have a springform pan with dimensions I need … so I can use the cake pan instead? Or will it affect my cake? Thanks!
In fact, the spring is eaiser. I can use my springforms a more often than regular pans. I use Parchment Paper on the bottom. Just lay the parchment on the bottom of the clip then in the ring, cut extra paper and all spray with cooking spray. Removal of the baked product to be very simple. I want a piece of it when your done.
