GE Artica my side with ice maker and two-door refrigerator water dispenser does not work. What could be the problem?

2 nights ago, buy a large cake that occupied the entire shelf. I made sure the refrigerator door is fully closed. The next night, the temperature of the refrigerator was 53 when it would normally be 35 and the water dispenser and ice maker is no longer working. Do not open the refrigerator overnight and the temperature only has dropped to 49 and still the water dispenser and ice maker not working. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The technicians are very expensive, so I'd like to help if I can. Well, at least now, we have a problem that was solved. The water dispenser at the time of employment.
