What is your favorite chocolate dessert that you think is too hard to do?
I've started a recipe book which I entitled "Fool's The Chocolate Gourmet Guide "to educate people every day, you know, those who have no cookie presses, regardless of the number Decoration of the nozzle, and every day ditz on how to make everything from chocolate pound cake for baby even truffle brioche based on some delicious recipes and most difficult I am. I tried to make ganache today, and ended up making the chocolate separately in the cocoa and sugar cubes with lots of butter cocoa floating around. The funny thing is that I followed the instructions for the "T" and with some adjustments and study, now I have a wonderful ganache cooling bright in my kitchen. What are the misfortunes that have surrounded mayhems making some of your favorites or even trying to recreate some of the classics?
I make chocolate truffles every year for the holidays. The only problem is that we always have to cover evenly. This year I will order some special tools to cover the truffles. I hope that makes it easier.
